The Power of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) remains a powerful tool for driving visibility and connecting with the right audience. With the rise of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)—focused on optimizing for AI-powered search tools like Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE)—it’s more important than ever to adapt strategies for both traditional search and AI-generated results.

For The Epstein School, this meant ensuring their content ranked high on Page 1 while remaining primed for emerging generative search tools. By combining proven SEO techniques with forward-looking GEO principles, we delivered:

  • Page 1 rankings for competitive keywords.
  • Significant ranking improvements for unranked terms.
  • Sustained visibility as search evolves.

SEO isn’t just alive—it’s evolving. With the right strategy, your business can thrive in both search and AI-powered results. Let’s optimize for the future of search together.

Driving SEO Success for The Epstein School

The Epstein School, a leading Jewish day school in Atlanta, partnered with us to improve its search engine visibility and ranking for high-value keywords. Through a strategic and tailored search engine optimization (SEO) campaign, we achieved significant improvements, moving critical search terms from obscurity to Page 1 positions and significantly improving their ability to reach prospective families.

At the start of our engagement, The Epstein School faced several SEO challenges:

  • Limited Search Visibility: Many high-value keywords were not ranked (NR) or buried on pages 5–8.
  • Competitive Market: Keywords like “Jewish Day School” and “Private School Atlanta” were highly competitive, requiring focused SEO efforts.
  • Target Audience Relevance: Epstein needed to connect with families searching for Jewish education options in Atlanta and Georgia.
  • Average Keyword Rank: 49 (mid to lower rankings).
    • Hebrew School Atlanta: Page 1, Position 4.
    • Jewish School Atlanta: Page 1, Position 5.
    • 7 out of 10 critical keywords were not ranked or ranked beyond Page 5.

To position The Epstein School as a leading educational institution, we implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy that included Keyword Optimization, Content Enhancement, Technical SEO Improvements, and Local SEO Focus.

Results

Throughout the 16-month campaign, The Epstein School experienced an 89.8% improvement in average search rankings, moving from an average position of 49 to an impressive 5.

  • Page 1 Domination: 9 out of 10 high-value keywords now rank on Page 1 of Google.
  • Keyword Recovery: Previously unranked (NR) terms like “Jewish Day School” and “Private School Sandy Springs” now appear prominently in search results.
  • Google Analytics: Website traffic remains up across the board. The main page is still the top page of the month, followed by the calendar.
    • Page views up 40%
    • Users up 4%
    • Average session duration up 2%
    • Sources from organic search are 41% of the total traffic.

SEO isn’t a one-time win; it’s about consistent growth.

Since September, our continued efforts have not only maintained these impressive results but have also led to further gains: we are maintaining page one, with most maintaining position or gaining.

  • “Jewish Day School” improved to Position 3 on Page 1.
  • “Jewish School Georgia” rose to Position 5
  • Keyword Recovery: “Private School Atlanta” returned to the rankings, climbing to Page 3, Position 8
