The Gathering of Eagles (GOE) Foundation, a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that operates on Maxwell Air Force Base, provides financial support to enhance the Air Command and Staff College’s Gathering of Eagles program. The annual Gathering of Eagles educational event allows the local community and military members to salute the men and women (the Eagles) who have made significant contributions to air, space, and cyberspace power. The Foundation also provides scholarships to ROTC cadets and River Region youth interested in STEM curriculum as well as promoting aerospace educational efforts through academic and community outreach programs such as Civilian Air Patrol and Starbase.

Stamp was approached by the GOE Foundation to produce an image video to explain the mission of the program, generate support in the local community, and encourage applications for the scholarships they award annually. Using footage Stamp shot on behalf of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce (which the Chamber graciously allowed the GOE to use), archival footage provided by the Foundation itself, and custom footage shot for this project, Stamp produced this video which lives on the GOE Foundation website and is used by Foundation staff and volunteers for recruitment and education purposes.
