Two southeast advertising agencies merge to form Stamp Idea Group in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Alabama -- LWT Communications and Reid/O'Donahue Advertising announced today that they have merged to become Stamp Idea Group, LLC.
With more than 90 years combined agency experience, partners David Allred, Jim Leonard and Bruce Reid will lead the newly-merged firm.

The old adage, ‘The more things change, the more they stay the same’ is so true here,” Reid said. “People do business with people they like and trust, and those who can deliver dynamic work in an increasingly fragmented yet converging media environment. And that’s exactly who Stamp is.”

Stamp Idea Group will serve as a a full service advertising, interactive and media agency. The merge of the two agencies, which were founded in 1959 and 1976 respectively, will bring together a team of 29 professionals with $16 million in annual capitalized billings.

“All three principals will continue their strategic-level account involvement but are unanimous that combining their strategic, creative and operational strengths under a unifying new brand positions Stamp to become a leading agency in the Southeast,” said Anna Morris, Director of Operations.
